ABOUT 

Jesse O'Hara is an accomplished civil litigation attorney and an expert in Florida’s restoration industry law. He has been a guest speaker with the Restoration Association of Florida and is the creator of Florida’s first plaintiff’s litigation analytics program for the restoration industry. In his illustrious career, Jesse has been featured in numerous news publications including the Sun Times, Florida Law Weekly, and continues to help shape Florida trial court judges’ interpretation and understanding of recent  legislation. Jesse has handled thousands of cases and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of Floridians.

Born in Hollywood, California and raised in Toronto, Canada, Jesse graduated with Honors from University of Toronto’s prestigious Ethics, Society, and Law program where he excelled in political philosophy and legal theory. After graduation, he accepted a merit scholarship to earn his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law where he was an active member of the Entertainment Law Society while also clerking with the Honorable Judge Thomas Lynch on high-profile criminal law cases.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jesse represented athletes, musicians, and comedians as an entertainment booking agent. He is also a very experienced touring musician with numerous international record label releases as a music producer. When he is not in his music studio or spending time with family, he can be found (frustratingly) cheering for his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs and Glasgow Celtic Football Club.

Jesse is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
